Add your name: Reunite Black Disabled Veteran Jessica Miles with Her Daughter in Stable Housing

Black disabled veteran Jessica Miles was evicted last year from her small shed on the West LA VA Soldiers’ Home, and was only let back because over 10,000 supporters took action with us! Now, she is battling to reunite with her 16-year old daughter in the only available housing for disabled veterans and their children at Westwood Transitional. Despite being on the waiting list for over a year, she's been denied access TWICE without sufficient explanation, while others who applied later have received housing.

Not only does Jessica miss her daughter, but she's also endured physical assault, persistent harassment, and lives in constant fear for her safety. Nobody should have to live this way. We urgently need EVERYONE to add your name to our petition, targeting over 50 elected officials and decision-makers, to demand that Jessica is immediately reunited with her daughter in stable housing. Your support could make a world of difference.
